This authentic New Era hat is an exclusive Buffalo Bills team-issued item. Only a handful of these hats were made for players and staff following Damar Hamlin's cardiac arrest in Cincinatti during a Thursday Night Football game against the Bengals.
Due to New Era's contract with Chance the Rapper, despite heavy public demand, the NFL was not able to manufacture these hats for retail sale & to my knowledge, this is the very first one to hit the open market.
