1992 Champion NFL Game Issued Jersey New Orleans Saints Tommy Barnhardt Sz. 44

This authentic Champion jersey features New Orleans Saints punter Tommy Barnhardt. Tommy enjoyed a standout 15-season NFL career as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears, Washington Redskins, Detroit Lions, & Carolina Panthers, leading the NFL in punting yards in 1991.

This authentic circa-1992 jersey is an official on-field item, feraturing era-accurate fully-screenprinted numbers, letetrs, & team logos. The classic NFL shield ebrmoidered patch is sewn into the woven collar. This jersey features the same dual jock tags used on Saints game jerseys, including the "Designed and Tailored 1992 Exclusively for New Orleans Saints" tag. The torso features a custom hem, resulting in both tags actually appearing *inside* the jersey, which matches several early 90's game-used Saints jersey alterations.

Based on the custom mods, light wear, & relative obscurity of the player, this jersey was likely worn by Tommy durring the 1992 NFL season, though I have not been able to conclusively photomatch the jersey to any specific games.
