NFL Game-Used Crucial Catch Captain's Patch Five-Star Gold

This patch is an authentic NFL game-used captain’s patch, featuring the "Crucial Catch" rainbow design, worn by NFL teams in October as part of the NFL's cancer research fundraising efforts.

This patch was worn & stripped from a Los Angeles Rams game jersey. I do not know which player(s) wore each of the four patches available. Each patch features some minor variance of wear, but each would clean up easily & look crisp re-stitched on a jersey.

This patch is not a cheap reproduction like you'll find on eBay - this is an authentic on-field patch sourced from an official NFL equipment partner.
