2017 Nike NFL Team-Issued Jacket Buffalo Bills Gill Byrd Sz. 2XL Salute to Service Military

This authentic Nike jacket was issued to Buffalo Bills defensive backs coach Gill Byrd. The 22nd overall pick in the 1983 NFL Draft, Byrd enjoyed a standout 11-season career as a member of the San Diego Chargers, earning Back-to-Back Pro Bowl Selections in 1991 & 1992 & induction into the Chargers Hall of Fame in 1998. Following his playing career, Byrd carved out a 17-season coaching career, including a season spent in Buffalo in 2017 as part of new coach Sean McDermott’s staff.

This original circa-2017 jacket is an official on-field item, commemorating the NFL’s “Salute to Service” campaign, celebrated every November to honor service members, veterans, & their families. The team marked staff designations in Black Sharpie inside the front left pocket’s size tag (see “GB”). This jacket features high-quality embroidered & stitched logos & is also reversible, featuring a digital camo shell.
